Accessing the Systems

Purpose: Where to find each part of the system as a live site, so you can match these docs to the real screens.

A word of caution: the links here point at production, the real live system with real resident and tenancy data. Only use it where your role requires, treat what you see as confidential, and take care, actions here are real.

Platform vs operator: the platform apps (the launchpad, Portal, Everest, the backends and the booking platform) are shared by every operator on Olympus. The public sites and the residents' app below are Way of Life's, as the current operator. Another operator signs in to the same platform but brings its own public sites, URLs and resident app.

Signing in (staff)

The way into the internal apps is the Olympus launchpad at olympustech.ai. Sign in with your Microsoft work account; the launchpad then hands you into the apps you have access to (Portal, Everest, reporting) without signing in again. If you can't see an app, you don't have the role for it yet, so ask an administrator.

The apps (shared platform)

These are the same apps for every operator; who you sign in as determines the operator you land in.

Booking platform (shared)

The booking platform is the same one for every operator, and is deep-link only: you reach it by clicking "Book a viewing" or "Reserve" on a home on one of the marketing sites. Going to its domains directly only points you back to the marketing site, so start from an apartment on a marketing site to see it.

Residents' app (Way of Life)

The Way of Life residents' app is available on iOS and Android (search for "Way of Life" in the app store), with a web version. It runs on the shared Tenancy API. Another operator would have its own resident app.

Environments

• Production is the live system linked above.
• UAT (uat.olympustech.ai) is where releases are tested before going live, and where client test plans are run.
• Preview environments are short-lived per-change sites (used during development).

Stick to production for day-to-day reference; UAT is for testing a specific release.
